Scoria is an abundant igneous rock with no crafting purpose. It is basaltic lava that is hardened and ejected from a volcano.
Scoria is found spotted all over land and underground near the surface. It is best to dig up scoria with any shovel. It may appear similar to iron on the mini-map. It can be found as deep as the first supercavern.

In-game description: "Scoria is a porous volcanic rock that has high surface area and strength for its weight, and often striking colours. Scoria is often used in landscaping and drainage works. It is also commonly used in barbeque grills."
